1. Scope of Refunds

LP & M Research provides financial data research and XBRL analysis services. Due to the nature of our work, all services are considered final and non-refundable once delivered.

2. Definition of Completed Services

A service is considered "completed" when the final research report, analysis, or agreed deliverable has been provided to the client. Once a service is marked as completed, no refunds will be issued.

3. Cancellations

If a client requests a cancellation before work has commenced, a full refund may be issued. However, once work has started, cancellations are not permitted.
